# CarGuys

> CarGuys (carguys.ae) is a mobile pre-purchase car inspection service in the United Arab Emirates. We go to the car, wherever it is, inspect it on ramps and send the buyer a report with a clear verdict (buy, negotiate, or walk away) and the repair bill in AED, within 15 minutes of finishing.

## Key facts
- Service: pre-purchase (used car) inspection, fully mobile. We bring ramps and tools to the seller's home, dealer or showroom.
- Coverage: Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE.
- Price: AED 600 for one car (any make or model). Three-car pack AED 1,200 (valid 90 days, unused inspections refunded). Exotics AED 1,200. Bank valuation certificate AED 299.
- What is checked: about 200 points, including underbody on ramps, a full diagnostic (OBD) scan of every module, paint thickness on every panel in microns, a road test, tyres, brakes, fluids, lights and vehicle history.
- Inspectors are brand specialists (German; 4x4 and Japanese; British and American; electric and hybrid).
- Time: about 90 minutes at the car (2.5 hours for exotics). Report within 15 minutes of finishing, followed by a call from the inspector.
- The buyer does not need to be present. CarGuys arranges the time with the seller.
- Reports are private to the buyer and are not shared without their permission.
