Who we are

CarGuys is a mobile pre-purchase car inspection service and a brand of T77 Technologies FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. Contact: [email protected], +971 58 547 5125.

What we collect

• What you send us to book: your name, WhatsApp number, the listing link, where the car is and when.
• What we record at the inspection: photos, readings and notes about the car, which make up your report.
• Basic site usage and ad measurement data (for example, which ad brought you to the site and whether you tapped WhatsApp or Call), through Google tools and cookies.

Why we use it

To arrange and carry out the inspection, send you the report, talk you through it, and understand which of our ads work.

Who sees it

Your report is yours. We don't share it with the seller or anyone else without your permission. We don't sell personal data. We use service providers to run the business (for example WhatsApp, Google, Cloudflare and our form provider), and they process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Booking details and reports are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected]. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
